Pricing & Billing
Monthly Billing	On the 1st of a month, the cost of €9.00 will be charged for the previous month for all users (1-5) active in that month.	On the 1st of a month, the cost of €25.00 will be charged for the previous month for all users active in that month who were temporarily or permanently assigned not only the role "Employee". Furthermore, for each user who was exclusively assigned the role "Employee" and had the status "active", a fee of €0.50 per working day but maximum €10.00 for the month will be charged.	Prices are agreed individually.

Can I test the foreknown software without obligation and free of charge?

Yes, you have the option to set up a demo account, which is available to you for 14 days. After that, the demo account with all data will be completely deleted. If you need a longer test phase, feel free to contact us.

How can I cancel my foreknown software subscription?

The foreknown software subscription can be cancelled at any time at the end of a current month.

What do I have to do if I want to continue using foreknown after the test phase?

You must place an order no matter which package you choose.

If you want to use the "Starter Package" from foreknown, write "Starter Package" into the note field of the order. We will then set up a productive account for you on the foreknown cloud. No data will be transferred from the demo account.

If you choose the "Standard Package", a new foreknown instance with its own subdomain my-company.foreknown.io will be provided after the order. You will be notified via email when the new instance is ready and you can log in with the credentials you entered during the order process. No data will be transferred from the demo account.
