With the presented release 1.3 the controlling of orders was introduced. By calculating KPIs on order and order position level, the success or even undesirable developments can be easily recognized.

In foreknown, orders not only represent the commercial basis between contractor and client, but also serve with their key performance indicators (KPIs) to constantly monitor success during the implementation of the requirements defined in the order.

Every freelancer and every company has to deal with the "number ranges" before creating business objects such as customers, offers, orders and invoices. Therefore, in this article we dedicate ourselves to the topic, on the one hand to show general requirements but also to give practical tips and a recommendation.
