Release 2.10.6 of foreknown includes a number of enhancements and improvements for sending offers, orders and invoices.

The preparation of well-structured, legally compliant offers with correct content makes a good impression on your customers right from the start of a business relationship. It is therefore important to us to provide you with the best possible support in creating, managing and sending offers and orders. In addition to the many existing functions for creating offers and orders, we have added three more features that we would like to introduce in this blog article.

With the release 2.10.5 of foreknown, some enhancements have been created for offers and orders. Documents can now be uploaded to offers and orders and sent via email. Furthermore, all relationships between offers, orders, invoices and budgets are displayed in the form of links on offers/orders. In addition, it is now possible to create price lists for customers in order to realize individual conditions for offers and orders.

Product release 2.10.4 from foreknown provides the option of uploading additional documents to an invoice so that these can be sent together with the invoice if required. Furthermore, maintenance has been expanded to include a supplier number and tax number for companies.
