The new minor version 1.3.1 of foreknown has been released. The detail rules for service transfer have been extended by standard rules without labels and service types can now also be transferred via a prefix or postfix in the work log description. Furthermore, the documentation is now completely available in German and English.

With the presented release 1.3 the controlling of orders was introduced. By calculating KPIs on order and order position level, the success or even undesirable developments can be easily recognized.

In foreknown, orders not only represent the commercial basis between contractor and client, but also serve with their key performance indicators (KPIs) to constantly monitor success during the implementation of the requirements defined in the order.

In order to monitor the success of a company or of orders, key performance indicators (KPIs) should be easily accessible on the basis of service entries created.
